NeuronHire was founded in 2025 by Lucas Salvaia and Bruno Caram, two UNICAMP graduates who saw a clear gap. Dozens of exceptional Latin American engineers were invisible to US companies, and fast-growing startups were burning months searching for talent they could have hired in days.

Meet the Founders
Lucas Salvaia is the Co-Founder and COO of NeuronHire, a recruiting firm that connects LATAM engineers with global tech companies. He works closely with engineers throughout the hiring process, from interview prep to offer signing and has helped dozens of Latin American developers land remote roles at US startups. Before NeuronHire, he spent six years at EY leading audit engagements across multiple industries. He holds a degree in Economics from UNICAMP and is based in São Paulo, Brazil.
Bruno Caram is the Co-Founder and CEO of NeuronHire, a recruiting firm that helps US tech companies hire senior engineers from Latin America. He leads client partnerships, working directly with engineering managers and founders to build remote teams that are fast to hire and built to last. Before NeuronHire, he worked in finance at BTG Pactual and Itaú BBA, where he developed a strong instinct for high-stakes relationships and long-term trust. He holds an Engineering degree from UNICAMP.
