Four tracks, one program
You will work across all four areas and specialize over time based on your strengths and interests.
Software Development
Build automation scripts, internal tools, and web features that power our platform and client operations.
Marketing & Data
Plan and execute campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and improve our digital presence across channels.
Talent Recruitment
Screen candidates in English, conduct structured interviews, and support talent placements with global clients.
Business Development
Prospect new clients, support commercial proposals, and help grow our partner network in the US market.

Requirements
Who we are looking for
Currently enrolled in the final 2 years of a degree, or graduated within the last year.
Interest in tech, business, or international work environments.
English at an intermediate level or above — most of your daily work will be in English.
Proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup setting.
