You will design, build, and operate the automated trading infrastructure that powers out clients markets across crypto event markets and esports prediction markets. Live testing and operating systems in production is part of the role, but the primary output is robust, scalable trading infrastructure, not manual discretionary trading. Our client is building a prediction market platform focused on esports and real-time digital events. The product transforms:
- Live matches
- Competitive narratives
- Community sentiment into tradable markets, creating a new way for users to engage with the games and ecosystems they already follow. In this environment, social is not a support function. It is a core growth and distribution layer that:
- Shapes how users discover the platform
- Translates complex market mechanics into accessible content
- Captures attention in real time as events unfold You will be responsible for building and scaling the social presence that drives awareness, engagement, and user growth. What You’ll Do Content & Distribution
- Create high-volume, high-quality content tailored to each platform (X, Instagram, Discord, Telegram).
- Turn live esports moments (matches, upsets, narratives) into real-time, shareable content.
- Design and run social campaigns tied to tournaments, match predictions, and market outcomes.
- Translate prediction markets into simple, engaging, and memeable content.
- Build recurring content series (market breakdowns, takes, reactions, educational threads).
- Source clips, highlights, and breaking news to stay ahead of the timeline.
- Use AI tools to rapidly produce, remix, and scale content across formats (image, video, text). Growth & Community
- Engage directly with the community — replies, DMs, Discord conversations, and on-platform banter.
- Identify and collaborate with micro-influencers, creators, and streamers in esports.
- Plug into growth campaigns and product launches to amplify acquisition.
- Continuously test content formats, hooks, and distribution strategies to increase reach and conversion. Systems & Speed
- Build and maintain a library of clips, templates, and assets for rapid deployment.
- Track esports calendars (CS2, Valorant, LoL, etc.) and prepare content around key moments.
- Operate with speed — reacting in minutes, not hours, to relevant events. What We’re Looking For Experience
- 2–4 years creating social content, ideally in esports, gaming, or crypto.
- Proven track record of content that gets reach (virality, engagement, or follower growth).
- Strong intuition for what works on X, Instagram, and community platforms. Mindset
- Chronically online with strong taste in memes, trends, and internet culture.
- Fast executor — you ship quickly and iterate even faster.
- High ownership — you don’t wait for direction, you create it. Domain Knowledge
- Deep understanding of esports (LoL, CS2, Valorant, Dota, etc.) and their ecosystems.
- Familiar with Twitch, streamers, orgs, and competitive narratives.
- Comfortable explaining prediction markets in a simple, compelling way. Tools
- Experience with AI-assisted content tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Canva, etc.).
- Basic video/image editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, Figma, etc.). Why This Role Matters Social is one of our primary growth levers. The content you create will directly drive users, shape our brand, and define how esports fans discover prediction markets.
